The custom design process is an immersive and personal experience. Every corner your new website will be custom crafted according to your brand colours, aesthetic, photography and business values.

First of all, hi! I'm Carli. And your custom crafted site will be hand built by yours truly. Here are a few important things you should know about me.

I approach every project with reverence. I know what an investment it is, physically, emotionally, financially....heck, spiritually (!) to pour your heart and soul into a business. I take the honour of designing your business an authentic space online seriously and respectfully.

You can trust that I will work diligently to learn about your brand, clearly identify what differentiates you from your competition and present those findings thoughtfully in a space that will feel uniquely your own.

WEEK ONE

Market research. I'll get to know you, your business, and your competition.

WEEK TWO

Develop messaging, strategy, site wireframe and artistic direction. Procure and create design elements.

WEEK THREE & FOUR

Design intensive period. Desktop version will be designed almost entirely, so that your proofing experience is immersive and thorough.

WEEK FIVE

Proof delivery! You review the desktop version, provide feedback & I make changes in real time.

WEEK SIX

Mobile design once desktop is approved. Google search indexing, launch preparation. Client handoff & Wix tutorial.

the process

To begin, I'll get you to send over your site copy and business information. After that, our correspondence will be mostly via email, to keep everything in one place.

If it feels difficult to explain something over email and you would prefer to send a voice note or schedule a call, I am available on my cell during Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 2 pm. I will provide you with all of my contact information once we begin.

Finally as we wrap up our project together we will schedule a zoom call to do a site walk through before you launch your gorgeous new site!

One of the most beautiful things about having your new site designed on Wix is that it literally is turn-key. The back end management of your site is streamlined and simple, so you can feel confident immediately after our wrap up Zoom call, that you can expertly manage your new site.

But that's not all! I'm pleased to provide 30 days technical support on all site elements I've designed. You won't be alone. I'll be right beside you (virtually ;) as you launch your stunning new site. I'm just an email away, if any support is required.

Beyond that, Wix has the best help centre and support staff in the biz . If an issue ever arises, just search the Help Centre from your dashboard or submit a Support Ticket. Your issue will be resolved in no time!
